Class Recommendations

ONE Academy of Dance is a technical and artistic training school.  This means that we provide a program for technically and artistically training artists as they grow.  Our Progressive Training Program is designed to help you navigate what classes your student should take in order to progress and advance the most in their dancing.  This track is not required for all ONE Academy Students.  It is highly recommended for getting the fullest dance education.

 **Dancers ages 4-7 may participate in The Nutcracker as an Angels and/or in Cinderella as a Bumblebee.  This is a smaller role with fewer rehearsals and less of a commitment. 

*3-4 years of age:
Creative Movement

*5 years of age:
Primary Ballet 1

6-7 years of age:
Primary 2 Ballet
Jazz 1 or Contemporary 1
Hip Hop
Breakdancing
Production/Company (Nutcracker, Cinderella, Art in Motion)

7+:
Intro to Ballet
Jazz 1 or Contemporary 1
Hip Hop
Breakdancing
Production/Company (Nutcracker, Cinderella, Art in Motion)
