FOUNDATIONS & ENRICHMENT Classes & Programs
The Foundations & Enrichment Track is designed for dancers 3+. The classes and programs in this track are designed to introduce and foster the love, joy and creativity of artists through dance education.
Classes are based on the dancer’s age as of September 1, 2023.
Dancers must be potty trained to take class.
At ONE Academy of Dance we want to help each dancer meet their dancing goals. We are excited to partner with your family to find the classes or program that works best for your goals.

ONE Academy has a very special staff that cares about the individual development and experience of our dancers, therefore our class sizes are very limited. Dancers enjoy more individualized instruction and attention.
1. To ENROLL in a class or program, dancers that are New to ONE Academy will be asked to create an account.
2. Once you have an account, choose your class or program in your account to ensure proper billing.

FOUNDATIONS Classes & Programs
Dancers that begin in our foundations programs begin building strength, coordination, proprioception, how to behave in a classroom environment, respect for others, and confidence! These students are not only learning the fundamentals to build upon in their subsequent dance education, but lessons that will carry into the academic classroom as well as helping them learn how to build healthy friendships and community.

Creative MovementAges 3-5 years No experience required Creative Movement is the perfect class for a young dancer who loves to move! Dancers will enjoy dancing with friends while learning the structure of a class, how to take turns, and learning dance terms and steps. Dancers will learn to use each part of their body while increasing their coordination, balance, growing strong muscles and exercising their imaginations! This program includes performing in Art in Motion. If dancers would like to audition for our other performances they may do so for an additional fee. Current Class Availability: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am $94 / month |

Intro to DanceAges 5-7 years
No experience required Young dancers will love this combination class! Dancers are introduced to the foundations of classical ballet technique, while building strength, coordination and confidence. In addition to ballet, dancers will begin learning the fundamental steps of jazz and contemporary dance which will enhance their musicality and artistic development. Students do not need prior dance experience to join Intro to Dance. This program includes performing in Art in Motion. If dancers would like to audition for our other performances they may do so for an additional fee. Current Class Availability: Thursdays 6:00-7:15 Saturdays 10:30-11:45 $120 / month |

Intro to Dance7-9 years
No experience required This is a wonderful program for dancers who are just beginning their dance journey or who want to dance but also have other activities. Dancers will begin their introduction to more formalized ballet including proper alignment, technique and etiquette. Additionally they will learn the fundamentals of jazz and contemporary dance which will advance their coordination, musicality, ability to learn choreography and increase their confidence. This program includes performing in Art in Motion. If dancers would like to audition for our other performances they may do so for an additional fee. Current Class Availability: Mondays 5:00-7:00 $175 / month |

Intro to Level 17+ years
with teacher recommendation or new student evaluation This twice a week program is for dancers who are ready to take their dancing to the next level. Teacher recommendation or a new student evaluation for new dancers is required for this level. Dancers will have Intro to Ballet 1 twice a week along with aJazz class once a week and a Contemporary class once a week. This level prepares dancers who are interested in Level 1 Cecchetti Ballet training. In addition to Ballet, dancers train in jazz and contemporary, to further their movement vocabulary, increasing their stamina, building strength, coordination, musicality, artistry and confidence. This program includes participation in all of our school performances: Nutcracker, Art in Motion and our Spring Production. Current Class Availablity is: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-7:00 |
