Elite Ballet Competitions
At ONE our Advanced and Pre-Professional Training Program dancers may choose to participate in our competition program in adddition to their weekly techincal training.
**Any participation in competitions is at the discretion of ONE Faculty and is discussed with guardians prior to joining this program. This dependent on each dancer's weekly commitment to technical classes. Each level of training has a minimum requirement in order to particpate in compeitions in order to make sure each dancer is thoughtfully and safely prepared to perform at their own personal best.
This program is for dancers who are looking to focus on personal growth through weekly one-on-one coaching.

This type of training produces technically proficient dancers, self-discipline, respect for teachers, peers and parents, sustainable work ethic, consistency, and perseverance. Dancers learn these and so much more will translate into character development that will serve them in any field.

- Compeitions provide a space for dancers to refine performance skills, such as artistic expression, acting, while showcasing their talents and skills.
- Engaging in the rehearsal and one-on-one coaching process each week forsters rapid personal growth, determination, confidence, resilience, and essential life skills that will serve dancers outside of the studio and stage
- Competitions also allow dancers to connect with other professionals and receive feedback at the highest levels, allowing them to continue to grow as artists and performers.
- Being a part of a competitive team creates a sense of community and unity, which builds camaraderie and teamwork which is essential for personal development both in and outside of the studio and stage.
- Competitions enhance dancers' confidence and stage presensce in order to help them prepare for future performances and auditions.
